Condition of sales
- Jaya Grocer Seasonal pre-order will run from:
- 27th November 2024 to 25th December 2024 for customers to place pre-orders;
- All pre-orders are final, and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable with other items or services.
- The prices displayed for the Jaya Grocer Seasonal pre-order are inclusive of the applicable SST.
- All product images used in the Jaya Grocer Seasonal pre-order are for illustrative purposes only.
- Please be reminded that there will be variations in the final weight of products.
- All products are raw and requires cooking before consumption.
Delivery and in-store pickup conditions
- All pre-order fulfilment choices are final. No changes will be allowed to the mode of fulfilment (e.g. delivery or in-store pickup), the date of delivery or in-store pickup, or the outlet for in-store pickup or address for delivery.
- Items in a single pre-order must all be fulfilled using the same method (n-store pickup):
- For in-store pickups: All items in a single pre-order must be picked up at a single Jaya Grocer outlet at the same date and time.
- For In-store Pickup, customers will be required to choose their preferred pickup outlet at the point of pre-order purchase. No changes will be allowed for the pickup outlet or time of collection.
- Customers’ choice of outlets for in-store pickup and time slots is subject to availability.
- Customers will be required to pick up pre-ordered items at the stated date and time. Kindly bring along your receipt or order confirmation for in-store pickup.
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to dispose of Lokam pre-order items if customers do not pick up their pre-ordered items at the designated dates.
- Customers’ choice of in-store pickup dates and time slots is subject to availability.
Other conditions
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reject pre-orders in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or if any product is out of stock, damaged, spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Jaya Grocer Lokam pre-order at any time.
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of Jaya Grocer Lokam pre-order with or without prior notice.
