Condition of sales
- Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order will run from:
- 24th November 2023 to 20th December 2023 for customers to place pre-orders;
- 16th December 2023 to 25th December 2023 for the delivery and in-store pickup of pre-ordered items. Please refer to the table at “Delivery and in-store pickup conditions” for the time slot for delivery and in-store pickup for each day.
- All pre-orders are final, and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable with other items or services.
- All the products featured in the Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Christmas pre-order catalogue are non-halal.
- There will not be a cutting service provided for Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Christmas pre-order items unless explicitly stated as a remark in the order form.
- The prices displayed for the Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Christmas pre-order are inclusive of the applicable SST.
- All product images used in the Jaya Grocer/Hank’s Christmas pre-order are for illustrative purposes only.
- Please be reminded that there will be variations in the final weight of products, as they go through a cooking process.
Delivery and in-store pickup conditions
- Deliveries and in-store pickups will only be made from 16th December 2023 to 25th December 2023. The dates and time slots for deliveries and in-store pickups are as follows:

- All pre-order fulfilment choices are final. No changes will be allowed to the mode of fulfilment (e.g. delivery or in-store pickup), the date and time of delivery or in-store pickup, or the outlet for in-store pickup or address for delivery.
- Items in a single pre-order must all be fulfilled using the same method (delivery or in-store pickup):
- For deliveries: All items in a single pre-order must be delivered to a single delivery location at the same date and time.
- For in-store pickups: All items in a single pre-order must be picked up at a single Jaya Grocer outlet at the same date and time.
- For Deliveries, orders will be delivered according to the date and time slot chosen by the customer at the point of pre-order purchase (12pm to 1pm, or 6pm to 7pm).
- There may be changes or delays to delivery time, subject to weather conditions, rider availability, etc. Customers will be notified via phone call if there are significant changes to delivery time.
- Customers’ choice of delivery dates and time slots is subject to availability.
- The delivery of Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order items will be made by Jaya Grocer’s in-house delivery team or by Grab delivery team or external delivery personals.
- A delivery charge of RM 10 will apply for all deliveries.
- Pre Order of RM600 & above will be entitled for free delivery.
- Delivery is only available to selected locations within Klang Valley.
- For In-store Pickup, customers will be required to choose their preferred pickup outlet and time of collection at the point of pre-order purchase (12pm to 2pm, or 6pm to 8pm). No changes will be allowed for the pickup outlet or time of collection.
- Customers’ choice of outlets for in-store pickup and time slots is subject to availability.
- Customers will be required to pick up pre-ordered items at the stated date and time. Kindly bring along your receipt or order confirmation for in-store pickup.
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to dispose of Christmas pre-order items if customers do not pick up their pre-ordered items at the designated dates and times.
- Customers’ choice of in-store pickup dates and time slots is subject to availability.
Other conditions
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reject pre-orders in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or if any product is out of stock, damaged, spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order at any time.
- Jaya Grocer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order with or without prior notice.
