Refund Policy

Condition of sales

1. Jaya Grocer Seasonal pre-order will run from:
   1. 27th November 2024 for customers to place pre-orders;
2. All pre-orders are final, and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable with other items or services.
3. All the products featured in the Jaya Grocer’s seasonal pre-order is raw and uncooked.
4. Cooking before consumption is required.
5. There will not be a cutting service provided for Jaya Grocer’s seasonal pre-order items unless explicitly stated as a remark in the order form.
6. The prices displayed for the Jaya Grocer’s seasonal pre-order are inclusive of the applicable SST.
7. All product images used in the Jaya Grocer’s seasonal pre-order are for illustrative purposes only.
8. Please be reminded that there will be variations in the final weight of products, as they go through a cooking process.
9. In the event that the products pre-ordered is not collected on time, we will try to contact customer as best as we could.
10. If we are still unable to contact customer after 24-hours, we will dispose of said products.
11. All pre-order fulfilment choices are final. No changes will be allowed to the mode of fulfilment (e.g. delivery or in-store pickup), the date and time of delivery or in-store pickup, or the outlet for in-store pickup or address for delivery.

In-store pickup conditions

1. All products ordered from Seasonal Pre-Order website must be collected at its respective outlet selected during checkout time.
2. Collection can be done at selected outlets from 10am onwards.
3. Please bring email confirmation of your order during pickup day.

Other conditions

1. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reject pre-orders in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or if any product is out of stock, damaged, spoilt, or unavailable for any other reason.
2. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue the Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order at any time.
3. Jaya Grocer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of Jaya Grocer Christmas pre-order with or without prior notice.
